ALL Export Drops MUST have a confirmed pre-arrival lodged via eModal
- Export Pre-Arrivals will remain lodged in the system for 5 calendar days.
- Containers must be on-hired if needed prior to in-gating
Please remember: Any driver arriving at the Terminal without a confirmed Export Drop pre-arrival will be asked to leave the premises.

Import:
Terminal 18 IMPORT Containers at Terminal 5
Terminal 5's system is now live and running to improve both container visibility and fluidity. Clerks are in the process of updating the Import loads that have previously moved from Terminal 18 to Terminal 5.
Once containers are updated to Terminal 5, on Terminal 18 Forecast users will see the status as per below:
Loc: OFFDOCK
Add'l Holds Info: TOTERM5.
These notations will indicate that the container did move from T18 to T5.
Please be patient while this process is completed.

Import RTG Appointments
**Appointments are now required for Import Loads in the RTG Row (Crane Row) - D101-D513 ONLY. Please visit www.emodal.com to schedule your appointment(s).**
No other Import transactions will require appointments at this time. Please continue to pre-arrive Export Load In, Empty In and Empty Out transactions.
We want to take this opportunity to provide you with some basic information to answer any questions that you may have regarding this process.
Appointments must be made on the web at www.emodal.com
Appointments will be able to be secured once containers are shown as AVAILABLE on terminal.
Same day appointments are not guaranteed, please secure appointments early.
Appointments will be 60 minutes.
Truckers will be given a 45-minute window at the front and back end of their appointment.
Containers must show available for pickup to schedule an appointment.
Multiple appointments cannot be made for the same container.
Trucks without an appointment for import pickup will be denied a transaction.
Missed appointments are subject to cancellation.
Please cancel your appointment if you don’t plan on using it to make room for others.

**Drivers are NOT allowed to wait on dock for an upcoming appointment window. Drivers are encouraged to arrive at the Terminal within the appointment window. (Appointment window is 45 minutes before/after the scheduled appointment time.) If drivers arrive prior to the allotted time they must wait off dock.**

Chassis Yard Entrance is now located at the North West end of RODO check in. Please utilize this new Chassis Yard for all drops/pick ups for your Chassis needs.

“Any Truck or driver found purposefully blocking Traffic or City Streets on or leading up to Harbor Island will be denied service at Terminal 18.”
