NWSA is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via e-mail or other direct contact from you. We will not share your information with any third Party for commercial purposes outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
NWSA reserves the right to allow a third party business access to the NWSA website for purposes relating to website maintenance and data storage. During the course of website maintenance or data storage activity, a third party business may have access to information stored on the NWSA website, and or information stored incidental to NWSA website operation.
NWSA is an agency subject to Washington State’s Public Records Act. NWSA must share nonexempt records in its control upon request, subject to exemptions from disclosure. NWSA maintains software programs to monitor network traffic. The software records dates and times visits and the number of pages visited. No attempt is made to link the identity of a website user with the identity of the area of the site the user visits.
Additional terms of use
Choice of Law and Venue. These Terms and the relationship between you and NWSA will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without respect to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that venue with respect to any dispute between you and NWSA relating to NWSA website will rest exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington.
Duration of Agreement. These Terms immediately take effect at the beginning of each visit to NWSA website and remain in force for the complete duration of each use of the website.
Waiver and Severability. The failure of NWSA to exercise or enforce any right or provision contained in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Entire Agreement. This Website Disclaimer and Terms of Use, together with any revisions and any additional terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and NWSA relating to NWSA website and its contents and use by you.
