The Northwest Seaport Alliance is now leasing Terminal 10 in the Seattle Harbor. This roughly 8-acre parcel, located west of Terminal 18 on Harbor Island, is lighted, fully-fenced and paved with direct access to Seattle’s heavy haul corridor.

The Northwest Seaport Alliance is now leasing a portion of Terminal 25 South. This ±3.36 acres of unimproved yard space is located along eastern edge of the Port of Seattle’s East Waterway, west of East Marginal Way and north of the Spokane Street Viaduct. The property is ideal for use as a maritime support yard. Approved uses include covered material storage and construction laydown.
