Terminal 25 I Seattle

The Northwest Seaport Alliance is now leasing a portion of Terminal 25 South. This ±3.36 acres of unimproved yard space is located along eastern edge of the Port of Seattle’s East Waterway, west of East Marginal Way and north of the Spokane Street Viaduct. The property is ideal for use as a maritime support yard. Approved uses include covered material storage and construction laydown.
Terminal 46 | Seattle

The Northwest Seaport Alliance is now leasing Terminal 46, a 50-acre deep-water marine terminal. Strategically located on the Seattle waterfront with convenient access to major road and rail infrastructure, this property is uniquely suited for water-dependent uses including marine cargo operations, logistics and other maritime support activities.
East Sitcum Terminal | Tacoma

The Northwest Seaport Alliance is now leasing East Sitcum Terminal, a 36-acre marine terminal with crane infrastructure, yard space and on-dock rail suitable for a variety of uses. The property, located on the Sitcum Waterway in Tacoma, is within a short distance of marine terminals and major highways.
