Due to the cost of fuel, the fuel surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers will be adjusted on November 25, 2023, as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $8.17 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $0.82 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $0.82 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance from October 21 – November 17.
The lift charge will be effective November 25, 2023. The rental charge will be effective December 1, 2023.
This will be reviewed again December 22, 2023, for notification December 27, 2023.
