Due to the cost of fuel, the fuel surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers will be adjusted on February 24, 2024, as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $4.96 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $0.50 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $0.50 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance from January 20 – February 16.
The lift charge will be effective February 24, 2024. The rental charge will be effective March 1, 2024.
This will be reviewed again March 22, 2024, for notification March 27, 2024.
