Due to the cost of fuel, the fuel surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers will be adjusted on December 30, 2023, as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $8.22 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $0.82 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $0.82 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance from November 18 – December 22.
The lift charge will be effective December 30, 2023. The rental charge will be effective January 1, 2024.
This will be reviewed again January 19, 2024, for notification January 24, 2024.
