Due to the cost of fuel, the fuel surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers will be adjusted on May 27, 2023, as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $7.82 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $0.78 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $0.78 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance from April 22 – May 19.
The lift charge will be effective May 27, 2023. The rental charge will be effective June 1, 2023.
This will be reviewed again June 23, 2023 for notification June 28, 2023.
