Due to the cost of fuel, the fuel surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers will be adjusted on April 1, 2023, as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $10.81 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $1.08 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $1.08 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers from February 18 – March 24, 2023.
The lift charge will be effective April 1, 2023, and the rental charge is effective April 1, 2023.
It will be reviewed again April 21, 2023, for notification April 26, 2023.
