Quest for Quality Awards recognizes The Northwest Seaport Alliance as leading West Coast port for Ease of Doing Business
The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) is proud to be selected as the leading West Coast port in the 40th Annual Quest for Quality Awards by Logistics Management. The NWSA received the highest overall rating among West Coast ports with top scores in the Ease of Doing Business and Value categories.
With recent challenges facing West Coast ports, Logistics Management labeled the leading logistics providers as providing “stellar service” and being “steady through the storm.” The NWSA has distinguished itself as a leader on the West Coast by identifying shipping challenges and bringing partners together to implement solutions that support a more efficient supply chain.
The NWSA's leadership in these categories speaks to its dedication to providing cost-effective solutions without compromising service quality.
Through hundreds of millions of dollars in recent infrastructure investments, dedicated maritime service partners, and a team of devoted staff who work alongside shippers to support the customer experience, the NWSA gateway of Seattle and Tacoma is proficiently moving focused on import and export goods across the U.S. Pacific Northwest region and U.S. Midwest.

The Quest for Quality award celebrates companies that have garnered the trust and approval of their customers, distinguishing them as models of operational excellence in the industry.

The Quest for Quality Awards, conducted by Logistics Management, recognizes outstanding performance and customer satisfaction in the transportation and logistics industry. Through an extensive survey process that spanned from January to May of this year, qualified buyers of logistics and transportation services provided more than 3,500 responses to the Logistics Management research group.
