NWSA launches refreshed website, incorporating customer feedback

The Northwest Seaport Alliance recently launched a refreshed version of its website to create a more streamlined user experience.

This is the first major refresh of the website, at www.nwseaportalliance.com, since its August 2015 launch, when the ports of Seattle and Tacoma formally partnered to form the NWSA to manage the marine cargo business and facilities.

Almost three years into the alliance, our customers have provided valuable feedback on the information they find most useful and the ways they want to access it.

This latest version takes advantage of advancing technology to reduce the number of clicks necessary to access databases of facilities, vessel and terminal schedules, gate cameras, trucker resources and other information.

It continues to provide access to commission meetings, streamed live and archived, as well as subscriptions to news, cargo statistics and more. Find the full list of available subscription topics.

The NWSA also engages customers and community members through social media on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
