Please be advised that WUT will not be enforcing dual transactions for exports being dropped. While we strongly encourage a dual transaction, it will not be a requirement for dropping export loads.
We are still focusing on balancing the containers coming in with the containers going out and appreciate everyone’s help in making this happen.
Again, the requirement for dual transactions for export containers will not be enforced.
