Tomorrow, Tuesday, 4/4, from approximately 7am to 7pm, the signals at 12th St. E and 54th Ave. E will be out of service and without power. During this time there will be lane closures to accommodate work crews and police will be onsite directing traffic. Expect traffic impacts in the area.
