SSA Terminals released the following information:
Terminal 18 opens at 7 a.m. Monday through Friday. No lining up or standing trucks are allowed on the public roads outside T-18 before 6:30 a.m. Trucks that line up outside Terminal 18 prior to this time and block city roads will be ticketed.
