Tacoma: Train expected to move around 4 p.m.

The train at the East 11th Street rail crossing in Tacoma isn't expected to move until at least 4 p.m. today. The train is not blocking the crossing at Milwaukee Way. 

Construction on Port of Tacoma Road is also limiting traffic movements through the area. Read the project's latest construction update.
