The Seattle Department of Transportation's weekly transportation construction update highlights the projects and events that may impact travel through the Seattle area. View this week's update.

This week's highlights: 

  • April 4 - 7: Northbound SR99 closed nightly between Western Ave. and Valley St. during electrical work.
  • April 7 - 10: Emerald City Comicon at Washington State Convention Center.
  • April 8 - 10: Seattle Mariners host the Oakland A's at Safeco Field.  Opening Day is Friday, April 8.
  • April 8 - 11: SR520 closed between Montlake and Bellevue to begin westbound traffic switch to new bridge.
  • April 8 - 11: Intersection of Stewart St. and Boren Ave. reduced to one lane in each direction.
  • April 9 - 10: Intersection of 23rd Ave. and E. Cherry St. fully closed.
  • April 11 - 15: Southbound SR99 closed nightly between Valley St. and Thomas St.
  • April 17: Paul McCartney concert at 8PM at KeyArena.
