Highlights:

  • May 14: Phase 2 of 23rd Ave. Corridor Improvements Project begins. Southbound traffic detoured to MLK Jr. Way S. beginning May 16.
  • May 18 - 21: Lane and ramp closures on northbound I-5 between MLK/Boeing Access Rd. and SR-520.
  • May 19 & 20: University Street Fair will close University Way NE between NE 50th St. and NE Campus Pkwy.
  • May 22: S. Lander St. closed between 1st Ave. S. and 3rd Ave. S. through early 2020 for construction of a new bridge over the railroad tracks.
  • May 22: Taylor Swift concert at 7 p.m. at CenturyLink Field.
  • May 25 - 28: Northwest Folklife Festival at Seattle Center.
  • May 26: 1 p.m. Sounder match at CenturyLink Field and 7:10 p.m. Mariner game at Safeco Field.
  • June 1 - 3: Upstream Music Fest + Summit at Pioneer Square venues.
  • June 1 - 4: Full closure of northbound I-5 at S. Spokane St.
