This week's highlights:
- May 19 - 22: Westbound I-90 reduced to one lane between Bellevue and Seattle; traffic will be detoured to the express lanes.
- May 20 & 21: Annual University Street Fair will close University Way NE between NE 50th St. and NE Campus Parkway.
- May 26 - 29: Northwest Folklife Festival at Seattle Center.
- May 28: Emerald Bike Ride will close the I-5 Express Lanes, SR520, and I-90.
