The Seattle Department of Transportation's weekly transportation construction update highlights the projects and events that may impact travel through the Seattle area. View this week's update.
This week's highlights:
- April 1 - 3: SR520 closed between Montlake and Bellevue for Grand Opening events.
- April 1 - 4: Stewart Ave. reduced to one lane between Minor Ave. and Terry Ave.
- April 2: Go Long SR520 fun run will close Montlake Blvd. Saturday morning.
- April 2: Seattle Sounders host the Montreal Impact at 7PM at CenturyLink Field.
- April 3: Emerald City Bike Ride will start and finish at Husky Stadium.
- April 4 - 7: Northbound SR99 closed nightly between Western Ave. and Valley St. during electrical work.
- April 8: Seattle Mariners host the Oakland A's on Opening Day of the 2016 season.
- April 8 - 11: SR520 closed between Montlake and Bellevue to begin traffic switch to new bridge.
