The survey will work on a desktop computer or your phone. And the survey is short, voluntary and confidential. You may take the survey once and enter your email to win one of two $250 Amazon gift cards. The email you provide at the end will only be used to notify you if you have won the Amazon raffle.

The questions ask that you tell us more about where you park, how you feel about the safety of your truck and your belongings and what parking lot amenities are most important to you.
