Local trucker drivers and shippers are encouraged to take advantage of Terminal 46's off-hour gates to help reduce congestion on week days during the day shift.
- Hoot gates: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 0300 to 1620
- Weekend gate: Saturdays from 0700 to 1420
