Pothole repair planned May 10 at Lincoln Avenue and Taylor Way intersection in South Harbor

The City of Tacoma plans May 10 to repair the road at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Taylor Way on the Blair-Hylebos Peninsula in the South Harbor.

The repair work on the potholed area of the intersection’s southeast corner is expected to last from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. It will impact traffic through the area:

• Lincoln Avenue will be closed
• No left turns will be allowed from northbound Taylor Way to Lincoln Avenue
• All traffic will be detoured to East 11th Street

Emergency vehicles will be provided access through the construction zone.

Please be patient and follow directions from flaggers and signs during the construction work.
