Pre-arrival check in for FULL IN containers will become mandatory beginning Tuesday, Aug. 1, at Terminal 18. EMPTY IN pre-arrival check in will become mandatory Monday, Aug. 14. Drivers without a pre-arrival on file will not be processed until the pre-arrival queue is complete.
It is recommended to confirm all equipment is On-hired with the ocean carriers prior to arriving at the terminal. For Pre-Arrival, please visit www.eModal.com - Pre Gate Visits to expedite your empty/export load in-gate(s) at T18. Containers with Pre-Arrival on file may use Gate 1 or Gate 4. When drivers arrive with pre-arrived containers they should look for the green light and watch the kiosk screen for location.
The truck plate needs to be on file with eModel.
