SDOT will be performing East Marginal Way construction and improvement projects that will have impacts to parking along the roadway. Parking on the gravel area marked on the below map will be permanently removed for the installation of shared use path through the area. For the parking area adjacent to East Marginal Way under the viaduct, the exit to S Horton will not be available for 6 to 8 weeks, and trucks will need to enter and exit via Hines.
