Rail cars have derailed on Taylor Way north of Lincoln Avenue in Tacoma. Crews are on the scene. If you are traveling to the north end of the Blair-Hylebos Peninsula, take Lincoln Avenue to Alexander Avenue. Those streets as well as East 11th Street remain open.
