Clean Truck Program: Temporary Access Pass application

If your truck does not have a 2007 engine or newer or equivalent emissions control retrofits to be considered compliant and would like to continue to access the terminals after April 1, 2018, you must apply for a Temporary Access pass by March 31, 2018. Passes will be distributed beginning March 22, 2018.
