The Clean Truck Program deadline is Dec. 31, 2018. If you need financing to bring your truck into compliance, we’ve partnered with non-profit lenders that offer loans backed by The Northwest Seaport Alliance’s Clean Truck Fund. But don't wait — you must submit your loan application and be enrolled in the loan program by Dec. 31, 2018.

Beginning Jan. 1, 2019, all trucks serving our international container terminals must have a registered RFID tag and have a 2007 and newer engine or certified equivalent emission control systems. Regardless of where you are in the financing or retrofitting process, you must have a compliant truck to enter the terminals. No exceptions.
