The Northwest Seaport Alliance unifies the marine cargo operations of the ports of Seattle and Tacoma.
At our two harbors, we handle a variety of vessels and cargoes. The NWSA Tariff No. 300 includes the rates, charges, rules and regulations for services performed by participating marine cargo terminals at our North Harbor (Port of Seattle) and South Harbor (Port of Tacoma).
