The Fuel Surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance will be adjusted September 27, 2025, due to the cost of fuel.
It is as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $17.50 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $1.75 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $1.75 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance from August 16 - September 19.
The lift charge will be effective September 27, 2025. The rental charge will be effective October 1, 2025.
This will be reviewed again October 18, 2025, for notification October 22, 2025.
