The Fuel Surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance will be adjusted January 24, 2026, due to the cost of fuel.
It is as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $11.34 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $1.13 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $1.13 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance from December 20 - January 16.
The lift charge will be effective January 24, 2026. The rental charge will be effective February 1, 2026.
This will be reviewed again February 14, 2026, for notification February 18, 2026.
