The Fuel Surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance will be adjusted December 27, 2025, due to the cost of fuel.
It is as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $14.82 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $1.48 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $1.48 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance from November 15 - December 19.
The lift charge will be effective December 27, 2025. The rental charge will be effective January 1, 2026.
This will be reviewed again January 17, 2026, for notification January 21, 2026.
