When most imported goods arrive in Puget Sound after weeks at sea, their voyage is far from over. Roughly 70% of the cargo that flows through The Northwest Seaport Alliance travels onward by rail to stock store shelves across the Midwest.

The Northwest Seaport Alliance welcomed YM Triumph, Yang Ming Marine Transport Corporation's newest 11,000 twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU) vessel. The vessel, making its maiden voyage to a North American port, called at Husky Terminal in Tacoma on Aug. 27.
