NWSA’s refreshed website enhances customer experience

The Northwest Seaport Alliance has updated its website to create a more streamlined user experience for customers and supply chain partners.

As the website underwent its second major refresh, we once again relied on our customers’ valuable feedback about which information they find most useful and how they want to access it.

The newly improved website features a modern and vibrant design, along with a straightforward navigation menu that helps visitors get to important information quickly and efficiently. Contact information for service providers, vessel and terminal schedules, gate cameras and truck turn times, trucker resources and plenty of other useful information for cargo operations is easily accessible via only a couple of clicks.

The new resources page is a hub for popular content and a single source for other essential information about our gateway. The new design also features a dedicated environmental section that highlights our ongoing work and commitment to sustainability and protecting our air and water.

The enhanced website continues to provide the public with access to Managing Members meetings, streamed live and archived, as well as subscriptions to news, career opportunities and more. Find the full list of available subscription topics.
