Due to the cost of fuel, the fuel surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers will be adjusted on September 30, 2023, as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $15.55 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $1.56 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $1.56 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers from August 19 – September 22, 2023.
The lift charge will be effective September 30, 2023, and the rental charge is effective October 1, 2023.
It will be reviewed again October 20, 2023, for notification October 25, 2023.
