Due to the cost of fuel, the fuel surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers will be adjusted on October 28, 2023, as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $11.23 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $1.12 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $1.12 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance from September 23 – October 20.
The lift charge will be effective October 28, 2023. The rental charge will be effective November 1, 2023.
This will be reviewed again November 17, 2023 for notification November 22, 2023.
