Due to the cost of fuel, the fuel surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers will be adjusted on January 1, 2022, as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $4.44 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $0.44 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $0.44 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers from November 20 – December 24, 2021.
The lift charge will be effective January 1, 2022, and the rental charge is effective January 1, 2022.
It will be reviewed again January 21, 2022, for notification January 26, 2022.
