Due to the cost of fuel, the fuel surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers will be adjusted on December 31, 2022, as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $9.87 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $0.99 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $0.99 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers from November 19 – December 23, 2022.
The lift charge will be effective December 31, 2022, and the rental charge is effective January 1, 2023.
It will be reviewed again January 20, 2023, for notification January 25, 2023.
